Inscription of the tower of Saint Christopher

A large marble block from the ruins of Tharros was used for the commemorative inscription of Saint Christopher Tower. The tower was called after a picture of Saint Christopher once inside it.
 
The epigraph of the king of Arborea Mariano II, dated 1289-1290, is:

(I)n n(om)i(n)e D(omi)ni n(ost)ri Ihe(su) Chr(ist)i A(men). Hoc op(us) turris hui(us) et muru(m) et [portam ?] civit(atis) Arestani fec(it) fieri D(omi)nu(s) M[arianus] vicecomes d(e) Basso, iudex Arbor(ee), q(ui) felix diu [vi]vat et p(ost) obitu(m) i(n) Chr(ist)o q(ui)escat. A[nno] CCXC, indi(cione) III, an(n)o XXV c(urrente ?).
