The Titino Sanna Delogu collection

The Titino Sanna Delogu collection was donated to the Antiquarium Arborense in 1966, together with a collection of Sardinian modern art.
Particularly interesting are a sandstone mother goddess statuette from Simaxis- Su Cungiau de is Fundamentas, attributable to the Neolithic Cultura di Ozieri, and a bronze oil lamp dating from the 3rd century AD.

A mushroom-rim jug, a small jug with bilobed rim and a phiale mesomphalos were found inside a tomb in the city of Tharros; perhaps an incomplete Etruscan bucchero kylix was in the same burial (around 620 BC).

A number of kernophoroi in the shape of a goddess bust (Demetra or Kore) with the kernos, were found in the hinterland of Tharros (between the 4th and the 3rd century BC).

Roman ceramics includes black glazed objects, pottery and oil lamps with rounded spout.

This collection includes African ceramics (known as Sigillata "D") dating from the Byzantine period.
